Mango Cheesecake Smoothie
Summer means mangoes! This delightfully thick, creamy mango cheesecake milkshake / smoothie will take you back to childhood. ๐
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of the mango)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
- Add the diced mango, milk, heavy cream, and cream cheese to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add sugar to taste and blend again.
- If you like a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
